Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unworn and unused
• in its original condition
• returned with its original packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at hello@amarelle.it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Items must show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, cosmetics, or improper handling.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

As our jewelry includes delicate materials and detailed finishes, slight variations or very minor imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If a product issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as:

• replacement
• or refund (if necessary)

For issues that appear during use, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the case.

What is not considered a defect

Normal wear over time is not considered a defect. This includes:

• surface changes or slight plating wear
• oxidation or fading over time
• damage caused by water, perfume, cosmetics, or chemicals
• damage caused by impact, pulling, or improper care
  
  

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.
