Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If items from the same order are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal before delivery.

To exercise this right, you can use the Manage Your Order link in our website footer to submit your request online.

Alternatively, you may email hello@amarelle.it with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

You may also use our Model Withdrawal Form, although this is not mandatory.

Your decision must be communicated before the withdrawal period expires. No prior approval is required to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days. We will provide return instructions and the designated return address.

You may examine the jewelry as you would in a physical store. You are responsible only for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

We recommend returning items with their original packaging where possible.

Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we recommend contacting us at hello@amarelle.it within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos where possible.

This timeframe is a recommendation only and does not limit your statutory rights.

Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable Italian consumer law, generally for two years from delivery, subject to any extensions required by law.

If an item does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law, including repair or replacement, or, where legally applicable, a price reduction or refund, at no cost to you.

Jewelry Care & Normal Wear

Our jewelry includes delicate materials and detailed finishes. Minor variations consistent with the product description and the characteristics of the materials may occur.

Normal wear and damage caused by improper handling or care are generally not considered product defects. This may include gradual plating wear, surface changes, or damage caused by water, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, impact, or excessive force.

Each case will be assessed individually, without affecting your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the returned items, including applicable standard delivery charges, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision.

For returns of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned items or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed, without additional fees.

Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the goods may be deducted in accordance with applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is defective, incorrect, or does not conform to the contract, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs where required by law.

For withdrawals, original standard delivery charges will be refunded as required by law. Additional charges for delivery methods more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option are not refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
