These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Amarelle website and the purchase of products from our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

Amarelle is an online jewelry brand operated by Banghan Yin, a sole proprietor registered in Italy.

2. Products

We make every effort to present our jewelry accurately, including its characteristics, materials, colors, and finishes.

Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the natural characteristics of certain materials, without affecting your statutory rights.

Product availability and descriptions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect orders for which a contract has already been concluded.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

By placing an order, you submit a request to purchase the selected products.

Before completing your purchase, you can review your order details, including products, quantities, prices, shipping costs, and payment information.

You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging your purchase. Orders are subsequently reviewed and processed manually.

We may refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud, subject to applicable consumer law.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you promptly and provide any refund or other remedy required by law.

You may request an order cancellation through the Manage Your Order link in our website footer. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR).

The total amount payable, including any applicable shipping charges, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders for which a contract has already been concluded.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within Italy.

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will comply with our obligations under applicable consumer law.

The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

6. Returns & Legal Guarantee

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Italian consumer law. Where a product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights.
